Two new tests have just been carried out

– A test with sulfate resistant cement and with ConProtect WP1 (CEM I 42.5N- SR3 +1 % WP1) and we got 24% better sulfate resistance for concrete.

Presentation

ConProtect WP1 is an economic, rentable and an easy-to-use liquid waterproofing crystallizing concrete admixture.

ConProtect WP1 is used to ensure the resistance to water of concrete and to fill microcracks in a humid environment. ConProtect WP1 is a product designed to considerably improve the efficiency of structures that must provide protection against humidity: foundations, constructions in the marine environment, ammunitions depots, grain silos, facades of houses.

The admixture, based on nanotechnology provokes chemical reaction with cement, filling the pores and capillaries of the concrete with a sealing insoluble structure.

With ConProtect WP1 a significant improvement of the properties of strength and durability of cement concrete is
achieved.

ConProtect WP1 can be used for waterproofing of basements, water tanks, roofs,reservoirs, dams, sewage treatment plants, swimming pools, water treatment plants, tunnels, marine facilities, etc.

ConProtect WP1 has many advantages :
– Seals microcracks. Seals hair-line cracks up to 0.5 mm.
– Totally waterproof concrete.

– Protection against the intrusion of chlorides and sulphates. ConProtect WP1 can be used instead of sulphate resistant cement.

Advantages

Our product is a liquid
All other products offered by the competitors are in powder form. The advantage of the liquid is that the concrete producer can dose the liquid automatically like other concrete admixtures. The dosage is more precise.
The problem with the powder is that you first have to weigh it in exact quantity and then manually throw it into the concrete. When using a powder, there is also the risk that it will not mix evenly into the concrete and that uneven and poor quality concrete will be created.

Increased mechanical resistance
Our product increases the compressive strength of concrete by 15%. Therefore, for the same performance, the concrete producer can reduce the quantity of concrete, thus enabling his client to make substantial savings.

Sulphate resistance
Our product increases sulphate resistance in concrete by 20-25%. Sulphate-resistant concrete is used in agriculture, sewage treatment plants and in very aggressive environments.
ConProtect WP1 meets the requirements of XA2 and XA3 and can be used instead of sulphate resistant cement.
In fact this product can be used with all environmental classes.

Last but not least : ConProtect is considerably less expensive than any products from our competitors.

Our additive is therefore excellent for the end user: you can obtain water-resistant, sulphate-resistant and strong concrete at an attractive price.

We propose 1000 liter IBC cubes as standard

For a slight additional cost we can propose 25 liter cans (32 cans per pallet)
